AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED R
IN REZONING PETITION R94-50 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY .51 ACRES LOCATED AT
3548 HUNTSVILLE ROAD REQUESTED BY JOHN M.
WALKER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R94-50 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From R-2, Medium Density Residential District to R-O, Residential-Office
District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

Beginning at a point that is N 89020'36" E 768 . 17 feet and N 01006114" W
422 .90 feet from the South Quarter comer of said Section 13 , said point of
beginning being at the centerline of Arkansas Highway No. 16 (Huntsville Road);
thence N 78048'08" W 104.00 feet along said centerline; thence leaving said
