ORDINANCE NO. 3826
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R94-46 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 6. 37 ACRES LOCATED
OFF MEADOWLANDS DRIVE, NORTH OF WEDINGTON
REQUESTED BY RALPH WALKER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R94-46 for the real property described in Exhibit "A " attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From R-2, Medium Density Residential District to R- 1 .5, Moderate Density
Residential District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.
