ORDINANCE NO. 3776
AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R94- 12 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 2 .56 ACRES LOCATED ON
SOUTH SIDE OF HIGHWAY 62, EAST OF OLD OZARK
TRAIL REQUESTED BY ALLEN HOLLAND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R94- 12 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to R-2, Medium Density Residential District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning
at a point that is the Southwest Corner of said 40 acre tract; thence N 87 33'20"
E 248. 19 feet to an existing stone in an existing fence; thence with said fence, N
0054'42" W 149.73 feet to an existing fence corner post; thence with an existing
fence, N 02007'40" W 325 .59 feet to an existing iron ein set in the right-of-way
