AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND § 1 10.01 (B) BILLPOSTING TO
MAKE IT UNLAWFUL FOR ANY PERSON TO STICK,
PAINT, OR OTHERWISE ATTACH ANY BILL, SIGN,
NOTICE, POSTER, OR OTHER ADVERTISMENT TO ANY
VEHICLE WITHOUT FIRST HAVING OBTAINED
PERMISSION FROM THE OWNER; [AND TO MAKE IT
UNLAWFUL FOR THOSE WHO CAUSE ILLEGAL
BILLPOSTING .]
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . Chapter 110 of the Code of Fayetteville is hereby amended by repealing
§ 1 10.01 (B) Billposting and the following is hereby substituted in its place:
§ 110.01 BILLPOSTING.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to post, stick, paint, or otherwise
attach for cause to be posted, stuck, painted, or caused to be otherwise attached
any bill sign, notice, poster, or other advertisement to any building, fence, wall,
vehicles, or other property, public or private, without first having obtained
permission from the owner of such property .
