ROSE. CITY ATTORNEY Thank you for your letter dated February 18, 1994. Any member of the Planning Commission may move to have a previously tabled proposal taken from the table. If I remember my rules of procedure correctly, a simple majority after a second may take a matter from the table. Such a motion is usually not debatable or amendable. I would contact a Planning Commission member to bring the motion to the commission or appear before the commission and request a member to make such a motion.
