AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED A w o
IN REZONING PETITION R93-56 FOR A PARCEL o
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY . 25 ACRES LOCATED ON
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CENTER AND UNIVERSITY
REQUESTED BY ALLEN WHITE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R93-56 for the real property described in Exhibit "A " attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From C- I . Neighborhood Commercial District to R-3, High Density Residential
District.
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

A part of the Northeast Quarter (NEIA ) of the Southwest Quarter (SW '/ ) of
Section 16, Township 16 North, Range 30 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
Washington County, Arkansas, also a part of Lots 13 and 14 of the Revised Plat
of part of County Court Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, and being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning
at a point that is East 947 .70 feet and South 25 feet from the Northwest Comer
of said Northeast Quarter (NEIA ) of the Southwest Quarter (SWIb), said point
