ORDINANCE NO. 3754
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE NAME CHANGE OF
THE ONE-BLOCK SECTION OF WEST CENTER STREET TO
HASKELL HEIGHTS AS REQUESTED BY CYRUS AND
MARTHA SUTHERLAND AND MRS . JANE STEELE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City Council hereby authorizes the name change for a one block
section of West Center Street to be called Haskell Heights as requested by Cyrus and Martha
Sutherland and Mrs. Jane Steele. However, if Center Street is ever extended to Haskell Heights,
the name shall automatically revert back to West Center Street. A copy of a location map is
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the name change of the street provided in Section 1 above.
