THE NORTH SIDE OF 24TH ST. , EAST OF S. SCHOOL
REQUESTED BY BARRY BAKER.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R93-47 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District to R- 1 .5 , Moderate Density
Residential District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

point West, 210 feet from the Southeast Corner of said 40-acre tract, point being
on the north right-of-way line of 24th Street; thence along said right-of-way line
West, 461 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line N 160 E 156.04 feet; thence
