AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED cO

1702 NORTH LEWIS REQUESTED BY JAMES DAVID o
CHANCE AND PATRICIA ANN CHANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R93- 17 for the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District to R- 1 .5 , Moderate Density
Residential District.
Section 2. That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

feet east of the Southwest corner of said forty acre tract, and running thence N
0047 ' E along the East line of Lewis Avenue 75 .02 feet, thence East 120.93 feet,
thence South 75 .00 feet to the South line of said 40 acre tract, thence West
