AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §33.046, CODE OF
FAYETTEVILLE, TO SET THE ANNUAL FEES FOR RURAL
FIRE CONTRACTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That §33 .046, Code of Fayetteville entitled " Providing Fire Protection
Services Outside City" is hereby amended by deleting paragraph (B)(1), (C)(1 ) and (D) and
adding the following in its stead:
(B)(1) Each property owner or resident desiring to participate in such a contract
shall pay to the city an annual fire protection fee of $185 per property
covered within the "Association" per twelve (12) month period.
(C)(1) Each property owner or resident desiring to participate in such a contract
shall pay to the city an annual fire protection fee of $370 per property
covered per twelve (12) month period.
(D) Annual fees for fire protection contracts for services outside the
City of Fayetteville shall be as contained herein for the years 1993-
1994 and 1994- 1995 .
