BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City Council hereby confirms the
annexation to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , of the following
described property :
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof .
Section 2 . That the above-described property is hereby
assigned to Ward No . 4
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of March , 1993 .
