ORDINANCE NO. 3660
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
THE ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE (MADE
RETROACTIVE TO NOVEMBER 11 , 1992) .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That compensation for each alderman shall be in the amount of $350.00
per month without regular city benefits.
Section 2. That the aforementioned compensation for the Aldermen is hereby made
retroactive to November 11 , 1992.

at what is considered the value of the publication, based upon the news value and ser-
vice value it contains, that at least fifty percent of the subscribers thereto have paid

dealers over a period of a least six months; and that the said newspaper publishes an
average of more than forty percent news matter.
