AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R92-36 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY .37 ACRES LOCATED ON
THE NORTH SIDE OF WEDINGTON DRIVE, WEST OF
RUPPLE ROAD REQUESTED BY HOYET GREENWOOD
ESTATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property is hereby
changed as follows:
R92-36 for the real property described in Exhibit "A " attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
From C- 1 , Neighborhood Commercial District to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial
District.
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, is
hereby amended to reflect the zoning change provided in Section 1 above.

BILL OF ASSURANCE
This declaration of a Bill of Assurance made this 16th day of
November , 1992 , by the undersigned , owners of the following real estate
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof located in
the City of Fayetteville , Washington County , Arkansas .
WHEREAS , the aforesaid owners of the real property described in said
Exhibit "A" have agreed that only an electrical company dealing in trades
and services will be constructed and operated on .the property listed in
Exhibit "A" ; and
WHEREAS , the owners are desirous of making a declaration of the same in the
form of this Bill of Assurance with the intention of guaranteeing the preser -
vation of certain values and amenities in the community and to bind the owners
and the owners ' successors and assigns and the real estate described in
Exhibit "A" and its subsequent owners with the obligations and restrictions
hereinafter set forth for all present and future development and use of said
property .
NOW , THEREFORE , the owners declare that the above described real property
shall be held , developed , transferred , sold , conveyed and occupied subject
to the covenants and restrictions herein set forth :
The owners hereby agreed that only an electrical company dealing in
trades and services shall be constructed and operated upon the property
described in the attached Exhibit "A" . This property shall be held , developed ,
transferred , sold , conveyed and occupied subject to the convenants and
restrictions herein set forth .
