AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32 . 02 , MEETINGS ,
SUBSECTION ( A ) , OF THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO ESTABLISH NEW MEETING TIMES FOR
THE CITY COUNCIL .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 32 . 02 , MEETINGS , subsection ( A ) ,
of the Fayetteville code of Ordinances shall be repealed and the
following shall be inserted in its stead :
§ 32 . 02 MEETINGS .
( A ) Regular meetings of the City Council shall be held
on Tuesday in the first and third weeks of each calendar month at
6 : 30 p . m , in the City Council ' s room of the city administration
building .
