IN REZONING PETITION R92 - 29 FOR A PARCEL

THE WEST SIDE OF GARLAND , SOUTH OF WEDINGTON
DRIVE REQUESTED BY CAROLINE PARSONS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R92 - 29 for the real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R-0 ,
Residential-Office District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .

Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of
Section Eight ( 8 ) in Township Sixteen ( 16 ) North of Range
Thirty ( 30 ) West , described as follows : Beginning at a
point which is twenty-five ( 25 ) feet West and five
hundred twelve and one-half ( 512 1/2 ) feet North of the
Southeast Corner of said forty acre tract , and running ,
thence West two hundred seventy-five ( 275 ) feet ; thence
North fifteen and one-half ( 15 1/2 ) feet ; thence West
thirty ( 30 ) feet ; thence North seven hundred ninety-two
