AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 50 , GARBAGE AND
TRASH , SUBCHAPTER COLLECTION CHARGES ; BILLING ,
SECTION 50 . 40 , RATES FOR SERVICES , ( A ) ( 1 )
RESIDENTIAL SERVICE , ( B ) COMMERCIAL SERVICE
AND ( C ) LOAD-ALL TYPE CONTAINER SERVICE TO
PROVIDE FOR A CHANGE IN SANITATION RATES ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That Chapter 50 , Garbage and Trash , Subchapter
Collection Charges ; Billing , Section 50 . 40 Rates for Services ,
( A ) ( 1 ) Residential service , ( B ) Commercial Service and ( C ) Load-all
type container service are hereby repealed and the following is
inserted in its stead :

§ 50 . 40 Rates for Services .
( A ) ( 1 ) Residential service . The
following rates be and they are hereby , fixed
as rates to be charged for sanitation services
furnished by the sanitation system of the
city , which rates the Board of Directors finds
and declares to be reasonable and necessary
minimum rates to be charged : The monthly
residential rate for each single- family
dwelling or each multifamily dwelling unit
shall be $ 7 . 75 per month for two cans , plus
$ 0 . 50 per month for each additional can . Said
cans shall not exceed 32 gallons each .
( B ) Commercial service .
( 1 ) The minimum monthly commercial rate shall
be $ 8 . 00 per month for one - can for'. each commercial
establishment . Said cans .- shall not exceed 32
gallons each .
( C ) Load-all type container service . The
rate for any commercial establishment using load-
all type containers for the collection of garbage
shall be $ 3 . 00 per cubic yard per pickup .
