AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN REZONING PETITION R92 - 8 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 9 . 826 ACRES LOCATED
ON THE WEST SIDE OF NORTH HILLS BOULEVARD AND
SOUTH OF THE HIGHWAY 71 BY-PASS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R92 - 8 for the real property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof .
From R- 01 Residential -Office District to C- 21
Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
