AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 158 : SIGNS ,
SECTION 158 . 68 ( B ) ( 4 ) OF THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO ALLOW PASSAGE OF THE BOARD OF
SIGN APPEALS ' ORDERS , REQUIREMENTS , DECISIONS
OR DETERMINATIONS BY A CONCURRING VOTE OF A
MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS PRESENT ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETPEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That Section 158 . 68 ( B ) ( 4 ) of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
" ( 4 ) The concurring vote of a majority of the
members present shall be necessary to reverse any order ,
requirement , decision or determination of the Building
Inspector , or to decide in favor of the applicant on any
matter upon which it is required to pass under this
chapter , or to effect any variation in this chapter . "
