FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :

LLP Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes
a credit of 50 parking spaces to meet the off -street parking
p requirements of Ordinance No . 160 . 117 , Code of Fayetteville for the
property exempted from sale in the offer and acceptance contract
Nentered into between the City and William Hayden McIlroy , Trustee ,
v on or about July 2 , 1991 , a legal description of which is attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" .
