VETERINARIANS TO SELL FAYETTEVILLE ANIMAL

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF /
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby amends Title
9 , Section 92 . 21 ( A ) ( 1 ) of the Code of Ordinances of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas to read as follows :
§ 92 . 21 ANNUAL TAX AND TAG .
( A ) ( 1 ) Levy and amount of tax . There is hereby
levided and there shall"be collected an animal tax in the
amount_ hereinaftgr provided on each dog or cat owned or
kept witl in ;the. ,c ty'K. $pid . tax shall be paid to the City
