KOLLMEYER ORDINANCE NO . 3556 MICROFILMED AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING SMOKING WITHIN , THE FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT TERMINAL * '' " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYE7TEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person to smoke or carry any lighted cigarette , cigar , or pipe within the Fayetteville Municipal Airport Terminal , Section 2 , The Board of Directors hereby determines that the immediate prohibition is essential to the public health , safety and welfare . Therefore , an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the public health , safety and welfare shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval .
