AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO , 3182
PASSED IN 1986 TO CORRECT THE LEGAL
DESCRIPTION OF A STREET CLOSING ON LOCUST
STREET BETWEEN 7TH AND 8TH STREETS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF

Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby authorize
amending Ordinance No . 3182 to correct the legal description of the
street closing on Locust Street between 7th and 8th Streets as more
fully set forth in corrected Exhibit A attached hereto and made a
part hereof .

West , more particularly described as beginning at the
Northwest corner of Lot 3 , Block 3 , Ferguson ' s Addition
to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and running thence
West 46 feet , more or less , to the West right-of-way of
Locust Street and now located , thence following said
right-of-way in a southerly direction 50 feet , more or
less , to a point that is 46 feet West of the Southwest
