\` AN ORDINANCE MAKING RETROACTIVE TO FEBRUARY
21 , 1990 THE INCREASED PAYMENT FOR UNUSED SICK
LEAVE TO POLICE OFFICERS AND FIRE FIGHTERS
UPON TERMINATION , RETIREMENT OR DEATH ,
NOW THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVIIJ- ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The previously enacted ordinance increasing
payment for unused sick leave to police officers and fire fighters
upon termination , retirement or death is hereby made retroactive in
application to February 21 , 1990 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of January 1991 .
