AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A 15 '
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE COUNTRY CLUB
ESTATES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , in and to the following described utility
easement :
the 15 ' utility easement located on Country Club Drive
in the Country Club Estates to the City of Fayetteville ,
G Washington County , Arkansas as per plat of said
Subdivision recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk
T and Ex- Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of June ,
1990 .

A 15 foot sewer line easement , the centerline of which is a
line described as :
Beginning at a point on the east line of Lot 122 of
County Club Estates , said point being 25 feet from the
northeast corner of said Lot 122 , thence in a
northwesterly direction along the east line of Lots 122
and 121 for a distance of 130 feet .
