AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX ON THE REAL AND 0Tr MEO
PERSONAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , FOR THE YEAR 1989
FIXING THE RATE THEREOF , AND CERTIFYING THE
SAME TO THE COUNTY CLERK OF WASHINGTON COUNTY ,
ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That a tax is herebv levied on the real
property within the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the year
1989 , to be collect in 1990 , for the following purposes at the
following rates :
REAL PROPERTY
Purpose Levy
U General Government 2 . 1 mills
Policemen ' s Pension Fund . 5 mills
W Firemen ' s Pension Fund . 5 mills
TOTAL 3 . 1 mills
a Section 2 . " That . the real property tax so levied and the

Washtng:ton County , Arkansas , : .to be placed in the tax book by the
