FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 17 AND 18
OF FAIRVIEW HEIGHTS ADDITION .
BE LT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons all of the City ' s rights , together with the rights of
public generally in and to the 10 foot platted utility easement
between Lots 17 and 18 of the Fairview Heights Addition .
