AN ORDINANCE TO INCREASE BOAT STORAGE

�= WHEREAS , boat storage fees are an important revenue source ; and

—' WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the fees for boat
storage at Lake Fayetteville should be increased .
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LL FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , that Section 13 - 12a( 3 ) should be amended to read as
follows :
Boat docking shall be permitted at the boat docks at Lake Fayetteville
and Lake Sequoyah on a space available basis ; the fee at Lake Fayetteville
shall be fifteen dollars ( $ 15 . 00 ) per month per boat ; and , the fee at Lake
Sequoyah shall be forty dollars ( $40 . 00 ) annually per boat . Boat storage
shall be permitted outside the boat dock area at such locations as may be
designated by the dock operator . The rate of boat storage outside the dock
area shall be twelve dollars ( $ 12 . 00 ) annually per boat at Lake Sequoyah , and
one hundred twenty dollars ( $ 120 . 00 ) annually per boat at Lake Fayetteville .
