ORDINANCE NO . 3421 MICROPUM
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF EVA AVENUE STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY SOUTH OF ORA
DRIVE .
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has the authority under
Ark . Code Ann . § 14 - 54 - 104 ( 1987 ) to vacate portions of streets
which are not required for corporate purposes ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the
following described portion of Eva Avenue street right- of -way
south of Ora Drive is a platted but unopened street which is not
�1 required for corporate purposes .
NOW , mr[EREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
U THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The City of Fayetteville hereby vacates all of
its rights together with the rights of the public generally in and
to the street right- of -way described in Exhibit " A " attached
hereto and made a part hereof .
Section 2 . A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the
City Clerk shall be filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County and recorded in the Deed Records of the County .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April 1989 .

Adjoining Lot 13 of the Prairie View Addition
to Fayetteville , Arkansas
To be closed : All that portion of a cul -de - sac with a 40 ' radius
at the south end of Eva Avenue in the Prairie View Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , adjacent to Lot 13 of said
Addition and lying West of a line described as :
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot 13 , said corner
being the point of tangency of the cul-de - sac with the
South line of Lot 13 , thence running North 80 ' to the
intersection of the cul -de- sac with the existing East
line of Lot 13 . The cul -de - sac is further described as
having a center point 40 ' North of said Southeast Corner
of Lot 13 and contains within the portion to be closed
approximately 0 . 06 acres .
