AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THE
NORTHERN MOST 7 FEET OF A 15 FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY ROY CATE
ADJACENT TO ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 16 WEST ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Y Section 1 , The Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons all of the City ' slrights , together with the rights of the
public generally , in and to the northern most 7 feet of the

U utility easement described in Exhibit " A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof .
