AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THE
NORTHERN MOST FIVE FEET OF A TWENTY- FIVE FOOT
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH
BOUNDARY LINES OF LOTS 54 , 59 AND 63 OF
BROOKHOLLOW SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons all the City ' s rights , together with the rights of the
public generally , in and to the northern most 5 feet of a 25 foot
utility easement located along the southern boundary lines of Lots
54 , 59 and 63 in Brookhollow Subdivision .
