AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A TWENTY
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 12 AND 13
IN BLOCK 9 OF HUNTINGDON SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The Board of Directors hereby vacates and
C abandons all of the City ' s rights , together with the rights of
public generally in and to the 20 foot platted utility easement
between Lots 12 and 13 in Block 9 of Huntingdon Subdivision .
