KOLLMEYER ORDINANCE NO , 3405 MICROFILMED AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CITY DIRECTOR PAUL MARINONI TO HARVEST HAY ON THE CITY ' S SLUDGE MANAGEMENT SITE AND TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR HAY REMOVAL IF SUBMITTING THE HIGH BID , WHEREAS , Ark . Code Ann . § 14 - 47 - 15 ( 1987 ) provides that a City Director shall not be interested , directly or indirectly , in any contracts made with the City unless the Board of Directors of the City have enacted an ordinance specifically permitting a director to conduct business with the City and prescribing the extent of \ this authority . NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : V Section 1 .
