AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A 2CMICROFILMED
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 14 AND
15 IN RED ARROW ADDITION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , in and to the following described utility
easement :
The 20 ' utility easement located between Lots 14 and 15
� 1 of the Red Arrow Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Washington County , Arkansas as per plat of said Sub-
division recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of December 1988 .
