BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That a tax is hereby levied on the real and personal property within the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the year 1988 , to be collected in 1989 , for the following purposes at the following rates : REAL PROPERTY Purpose Levy General Government 2 . 1 mills Policemen ' s Pension Fund . 5 mills Firemen ' s Pension Fund . 5 mills TOTAL 3 . 1 mills PERSONAL PROPERTY Purpose Levy General Government 2 . 8 mills Policemen ' s Pension Fund . 7 mills Firemen ' s Pension Fund . 7 mills TOTAL 4 . 2 mills Section 2 .
