AN ORDINANCE VACATING . AND ABANDONING A 25 '
UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED BETWEEN LOTS 11 AND
12 OF OAKLAND MEADOWS SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , in and to the following described utility
easement :
A 25 ' utility easement located between Lots 11 and 12 of
Oakland Meadows Subdivision as per plat of said Sub-
division recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of September 1988 .
