OF A UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE
OF LOT 14 IN BLOCK 11 OF EAST OAKS PHASE II
SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , in and to the following described utility
easement :
The Easternmost 10 ' of a 25 ' utility easement located on
the West side of Lot 14 , Block 11 , East Oaks Phase II ,
Washington County , Arkansas as per plat of said Sub-
division recorded in the office of the Circuit Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
