ORDINANCE NO , 3371 A. KOLLMEYER

AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A PORTION
OF A UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY
OF LOT 16 IN GLENDALE ADDITION .
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has the authority under
Ark . Code Ann . § 14 - 54 - 104 vacate portions of utility easements
which are not required for corporate purposes ; and
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the
following described portion of a utility easement along the east
boundary of Lot 16 in Glendale Addition is not required for
corporate purposes .
q NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas hereby
vacates and abandons all of its rights together with the rights of
the public generally , in and to the following described utility
easement :
" The westernmost 10 ' of the 30 ' utility easement located
along the east boundary line of Lot 16 in Glendale
Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas as per
plat of said addition recorded in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
County , Arkansas "'
