EASTERNMOST TWO FEET . OF - A TEN FOOT UTILITY
EASEMENT ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF LOT
14 , PHASE IV , HIGHLAND PARK ADDITION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons the easternmost two feet of the ten foot utility easement
located along the west boundary line of Lot 14 , Phase IV , Highland
Park Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ' .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of June , 1988 .
