AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2 - 54 OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES PRESCRIBING
THE PENALTY FOR A CHECK OR DRAFT RETURNED DUE
TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS
Section 1 . That Section 2 - 54 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances entitled " Penalty for Check or Draft Returned Due to
Insufficient Funds . " is hereby repealed .
