AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING THE
EASTERN MOST 5 FEET OF A 20 -FOOT UTILITY MICROFILMED
EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE WEST -PROPERTY LINE
OF THE PARK INN MOTEL PROPERTY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons all rights of the City of Fayetteville and of the public
generally in and to the eastern most 5 feet of an existing 20 - foot
utility easement located along the west property line of the Park
Inn Motel property which property is described in Exhibit " A"
attached hereto and made a part hereof ,
