AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 6 OF APPENDFA o 1CROF�LMF�
TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD
USE UNIT 29 , SINGLE FAMILY , TWO FAMILY AND
THREE FAMILY DWELLINGS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 6 of Appendix A to the Fayette -
ville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding § [ XXIX ] to
read as follows :
[ XXIX ] Unit 29 . Single family , two family and three
family dwellings .
[ A ] Description
Unit 29 is provided in order that single family , two family
and three family dwellings may be located in appropriate
residential areas at a density of twelve ( 12 ) families or
less per acre .
( B ] Included Uses
Single family , two family and three family dwellings .
[ C ] Off - street Parking Requirements
Two ( 2 ) off - street parking spaces shall be required for each
dwelling unit .
