AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2A OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND THE
c� FLOWAGE FEES CHARGED AT THE FAYETTEVILLE MICROFtAD
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT .
\� BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That § 2A- 12 ( a ) of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordi�pces is hereby amended to read as follows :

e or automotive fuel at the Fayetteville Munici -
ee y e� pL Orport shall pay to the City a flowage fee of
a� �. � 5 per gallon for aviation or automotive fuel

KC3 -tMsA$,d flowage fee shall be in addition to the
flowage fee imposed by subparagraph ( B ) of this
Section . Said supplier shall keep accurate records
reflecting the number of gallons of aviation or
automotive fuel delivered to Fayetteville Municipal
Airport each month and shall remit to the City
Finance Department by the 10th of each month the
flowage fee payable under this Section , together
with copies of said supplier ' s Bills of Lading for
the preceding month reflecting the number of
gallons delivered to the Fayetteville Municipal
Airport ,
Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby determines
that an immediate amendment to the flowage fees payable at the
Fayetteville Municipal Airport is necessary for the efficient
operation of said airport , hereby determines that the efficient
operation of said airport is essential to the public health ,
safety and welfare , and hereby determines that the immediate
passage of this ordinance is necessary for the efficient operation
of said airport . Therefore , an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance being necessary for the public health ,
safety and welfare shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval .
