AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRI DN
IN REZONING PETITION R88 - 1 FOR A PARCEL MICROFILMS
CONTAINING . 79 OF AN ACRE LOCATED ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF LONGVIEW STREET APPROXIMATELY 335 FEET
WEST OF U . S . HIGHWAY 471 . ✓/
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R88 - 1 described as set out in Exhibit " A" attached hereto and
made a part hereof .
From R- 1 Low Density Residential District to C - 2 Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
changes in Section 1 above .
