" 1G11CROMMED
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN PROPERTY TO WEDINGTON
DRIVE SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO , 1 .
WHEREAS , parties claiming to be the owners of a majority in
value , as shown by the last county assessment , of the property
located in the territory hereinafter described have filed a
petition to be annexed to the Wedington Drive Sewer Improvement
District No . 1 ; and
WHEREAS , after due notice as required by law , the Board of
Directors of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas has heard all
parties desiring to be heard , and has ascertained that said
petition was signed by a majority in assessed of the owners of
real property within said territory .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the real property described in Exhibit
" A" attached hereto and made a part hereof is hereby annexed to
Wedington Drive Sewer Improvement District No . 1 .
