AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED MICROFItMED
IN REZONING PETITION R87 - 28 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING 58 ACRES LOCATED WEST OF U . S .
HIGHWAY 471 APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET SOUTH OF
CATO SPRINGS ROAD .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R87 - 28 described as set out in Exhibit " A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof .
From R- 1 Low Density Residential District to C- 2 Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
changes provided in Section 1 above .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of December , 1987 .

the 5th Principal Meridian , described as follows , to-
wit : Beginning at a point which is 1 rod South and 12
rods East of the Northwest corner of said forty acre
tract and running thence South 150 West 251 1 / 4 feet for
a place of beginning and running thence South 150 West
102 feet ; thence South 770 East 253 feet to the West
line of the right -of -way of U . S . Highway No . 71 ; thence
North 140 East with said right-of -way 102 feet ; thence
