AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2A OF THE MICROFILMED
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO REQUIRE
NON- PUBLIC AIRCRAFT TO CONFORM TO MINIMUM
STANDARDS FOR DISPENSING AND HANDLING FUEL .
BE IT ORDAINED BY TBE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Chapter 2A of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended by adding § 2A- 11 . 1 to read as
follows :
Sec . 2A- 11 . 1 . Non-public aircraft to conform to minimum
standards for dispensing and handling fuel .
All non-public aircraft shall conform to the City ' s
minimum standards for dispensing and handling fuel and
shall be required to obtain a fuel dispensing permit as
provided in said standards .
Section 2 . That the Board of Directors hereby determines
that minimum standards for non-public aircraft to dispense and
handle fuel are essential to the safe operation of the Fayette -
ville Municipal Airport and hereby determines that the immediate
passage of this ordinance is necessary to establish such minimum
standards . Therefore an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance being necessary for the public health , safety and
welfare shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval .
