AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6 - 67 . 2 OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES BY DELETING
THE REQUIREMENT OF A BUILDING PERMIT FOR A
PORTABLE BUILDING WITH BASE DIMENSIONS NOT
EXCEEDING EIGHT FEET BY TEN FEET .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 6 - 67 . 2 of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph :
No building permit shall be required for a portable
building with base dimensions not exceeding 8 ' x 101
.
