• 1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYEITEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That U . S . Highway 71 By-pass is hereby
designated a controlled access highway .
Section 2 . That the portion of U . S . Highway 471 between
the north intersection of said highway with U . S . Highway 71 By-
pass to the north corporate limits is hereby designated a con-
trolled access highway .
