Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons the south 12 feet of the 20 foot utility easement east of
Robin Road between lots 87 and 88 of Brookside East Subdivision as

Clerk and Ex-officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
