IN REZONING PETITION R87 - 18 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING 4 . 67 ACRES LOCATED NORTH OF
ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 62 WEST APPROXIMATELY 200
FEET WEST OF ONE MILE ROAD .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R87 - 18 described as set out in Exhibit " A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof .
From A- 1 Agricultural District to C- 2 Thoroughfare Commercial
District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
changes provided in Section 1 above .
